Another Addiction

Hi my name is Lisa and I am addicted to Facebook! Ok it used to be blog stalking but now it's Facebook and I need help. It's a way of stalking people (legally);) (totally kidding) Whatever you write to another person, comment on a photo, put as your status is out there for you to look at. It's not secretive but I can be totally nosy into people's lives. I love seeing what everyone is up to. I love seeing people's status no matter how boring or weird it is. My status today was having a dream that the "rock of love" bus was in. Most people start with as a blogger and transition into a facebooker. Sometimes it's the other way around. Sometimes it's coersion. Whatever the reason you go on there it really is fun entertainment. I wasn't going to post pics on there because I have my blog, but then I saw people putting in old photos so that's what I'm doing now. I have posted anything from elementary photos to dating Paul photos. I love getting comments. It doesn't seem like people comment on blogs anymore or it could be my blog posts aren't that interesting. But on facebook a lot of people comment on the littlest things. I love reconnecting with old friends. If you know me you know I remember lots of odd details about my life and I love sharing them. So if you are not on Facebook. TV IN 2009

I really hope to start blogging more. Sorry it's been so long. I've been in a bit of a rut/depression lately. It's nothing serious. Maybe it's the winter blahs. I'm not sure but I'm getting through it. I know I'm blessed and just need to focus on the good rather than the bad. Sometimes I get in that funk where I wish I was everything to everyone but I know that is not reality. All I can do is try to be the very best ME I can be and let things go. So back to the post. Lately I just get my work done, play with Hudson, and then it's TV time. TV is my therapy. If I can zone out of reality for a few hours I feel like I can go on with the next task. Hudson goes to bed at 7 and Paul is doing schoolwork so that becomes ME time. Plus it's just good entertainment. So this is what I've spent my time watching so far in 2009.



This is another lame reality show, but I love it. It's about former teen idols who want to try to get FAME back. I love seeing these guys as MEN and love to see their egos, struggles, etc. Billy Hufsey is on it and I remember him from Days of our Lives for a short time. Marci even got his autograph for me back in the day. He is still good looking but inflated a bit.



I got back into this show after catching up on Lifetime. It's my little smut for a Sunday night. I like seeing the ladies do crazy things.




These are a couple comedies for the week. If you've never seen Big Bang Theory I would check it out. It's hilarious. The guys are geeks and it makes it fun. One episode they talked about facebook and changing your status to "in a relationship" and "throwing virutal sheep at people". That's so how it is.


YES I know they never end up together. YES the girls are trashy. YES I get totally embarrassed for them. BUT I can't get enough. I have to see how they turn out. I have to pick my favorites. I have to see how LAME girls can be.

I love this show for the crazy people in the beginning auditions and I love to see who really comes through. It's my favorite show to get together with friends to watch. It brings people together haha.


I dvr this and watch it sporatically (sp?) but it's a good teen drama.


I love these type of reality competitions. I love not knowing what the heck type of ingredients they are using and knowing I could never attempt it. But I love to see people interact with others and compete. It's the sociologist in me.


Ok its not quite as good as it used to be but I love medical dramas especially with Dr's McDreamy and McSteamy. Right now Eric Stolz is on it and totally creeping me out.


In between all the other shows I watch I started watching this show on dvd. I'm hooked. Paul even watches it with me. We love it! It makes me want to live in Stars Hollow and have the small town life. We're only on season 2 but it will give us many more weeks of entertainment.

There are probably more than this but it's my vice in life and I love it. I love knowing that I have friends who watch even more than me (you know who you are;)) We can have a support group and watch TV together or maybe that would defeat the purpose;)
